Residential Conveyancing

Last financial year, our clients instructed us to buy and sell homes on their behalf  to a value in excess of £297 Million.  This year, we expect that figure to rise even higher.  So why is GTC Law the first choice for our clients? Here are a few possible reasons why:

Personal Contact

We realise just how important it is to have just one dedicated person to discuss things with when buying or selling your property. Once we have received your instructions, we will allocate your file to one of our experienced conveyancers and provide you with their direct contact details. We will send you this information by SMS text message, email or if you prefer by regular first class mail.

Case Tracking

As well as being able to speak with your dedicated conveyancer, you may also follow the progress of your case via our online case tracking system. All our clients receive a user name and password which allows them to log onto our website and track the progress of their case every step of the way.

Panel Membership

We are approved panel solicitors for every major UK  lender.

Email Communication

We realise that  having made that all important decision,  you want to move forward as quickly as possible with your property transaction. Unlike some other solicitors, we do not rely upon the postal system  for the delivery of correspondence and documents. Wherever possible we will correspond with you and others by email, sending scanned documents in PDF format or providing you with a web link where you can download your documents, thereby speeding up the process.

LEXCEL Accreditation

We at GTC Law are proud to be one of only a few firms in Walthamstow to have been recommended for the grant of the Law Society's LEXCEL Practice Management Standard.

This standard is only awarded to solicitors who meet high management and customer care standards. Lexcel accredited law practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
