Legal Aid

We have a franchise from the Legal Services Commission (LSC) (Formally known as the Legal Aid Board) in the areas of Housing and Consumer Contract.
 
There are two main schemes available to provide advice and legal representation for those involved in civil cases:
 
Legal Help
This scheme enables us to provide you with initial advice and assistance with your legal problem.
 
Full Legal Representation
This level of service provides legal representation so that you can be represented in Court if you are taking or defending court proceedings. The LSC may impose limitations and conditions on the extent of the funding but in principal Legal Representation can cover all work needed to take legal proceedings to trial.
 
If you are in receipt of certain State Benefits then you may automatically qualify for public funding. If however you are not in receipt of state benefits but are on a low income you may still qualify.
