Damian McGrath

Damian joined the practice in 1997 and has been a partner since 2003. He specialises in all aspects of Landlord and Tenant law and general property litigation.

 

Experienced in acting for both Landlords and Tenants gives him a litigation ‘edge’ which is delivered with swift and effective case management.

 

From the preparation and service of notices to possession proceedings and recovery, from Housing Disrepair to Succession rights and from the Rent Acts to Assured Shorthold Tenancies he has a wealth of experience in this area.

 

Damian can also assist and advise on Commercial Property disputes including arrears, forfeiture, dilapidations and debt recovery and general litigation including professional negligence and contract disputes.
