GTC's Document Centre provides a download area where all of our Instruction Forms, Fact Sheets, Terms of Business and guidance notes can be downloaded to your PC. They are provided in Adobe Acrobat  PDF format. To complete the forms you will need to print them on your printer and fill them in by hand.

Additionally, four of our most popluar forms can be downloaded and then completed on your computer. They are our:
Purchase Instruction Form - used to provide the information we need to commence acting on your behalf to purchase your chosen property
Sale Instruction Form - to instruct us on the sale of your property
HIP Instruction Form to instruct us to create a Home Information Pack (now required prior to the marketing of your property
and a Will Instruction Form

Each of these forms can be downloaded and completed on your home computer. After you've competed the form, the data you have entered is then emailed back to us thereby saving on postage, printing and paper.
